Dominique A. Grant is the Director of Caduceus Exams, a new national extension under its parent company Caduceus USA, a leading practice in medical management services related to on the job injuries, pre- and post- physicals and drug screens in the Atlanta and Middle Georgia area. Caduceus USA is a specialty practice formed in 1999 to fill the void in the market for physicians providing treatment and prevention of injuries and illnesses related to the workplace. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Dominique has over 15 years’ experience in providing occupational medical management services. In his previous role as Director of Clinical Operations, he managed over 70 Medical Assistants and 20 providers in the 13 clinics located within Atlanta, Columbus and Macon.

In his new role as Director of Caduceus Exams, Dominique Grant manages a network of 2600 clinics across the United States and abroad. This extensive network combined with a world class EHR system and strict use of physician’s board certified in occupational medicine review hundreds of exams and worker’s compensation notes every day and give our clients a 24 hour turn around on their employees work status. We created a centralized solution for our employers who manage employees all over the United States by having our Subject Matter Experts providing oversight and give consistency to our client.

Dominique Grant graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Management with minors in Supply Chain Management and Marketing. He went on to further his education by receiving Masters of Business Administration with a focus in International Business from Clayton State University. Capitalizes on his educational background allows him to use key performance indicators and performance quality management tools to critically vet clinics in the network to ensure Caduceus Exam clients uses the best facilities in any given region.

Dominique Grant is a member of numerous Management Clubs and Business Honor Society’s including, but not limited to Society for Advancement of Management, Council of Supply Chain Management, Beta Gamma Sigma, and Golden Key. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and was voted Outstanding Graduate of the Year in Management when he received his BBA Degree in Business Management. He Graduated with a 4.0 when he received his MBA at Clayton State University and was recognized personally at the School of Business. He uses his education and training to create a unique client experience every interaction by providing unparalleled customer service. He is NIOSH and CAOHC certified and also serves as a Professional Collector Instructor and a Breath Alcohol Technician Instructor for the Caduceus Corporate and Caduceus franchise location.

Dominique resides in Atlanta, Georgia along with his only child Dominique Jr. His goal as Director of Caduceus Exam is to save you time, money and resources by giving you complete solutions and providing a level of service that no one else duplicate.
